By using the 1xbdt website or platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the 1xbdt platform.

1xbdt is an internationally operated online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. These terms and conditions take effect the moment you access the platform or create an account.

To access 1xbdt services, you must create a valid personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Account Creation Rules:

• Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Keep your account password confidential. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the 1xbdt support team immediately.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is completed.

To register and use 1xbdt services, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Use of the 1xbdt platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Location: Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the country from which you are accessing the service.
• Own Funds: All funds used on the platform must be your own and must come from a lawful source.

All financial transactions on 1xbdt are fully transparent and secure. We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–20 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be restricted without full KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, 1xbdt may place withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.

Before placing bets on 1xbdt, it is important to familiarize yourself with the rules below. Understanding them will make your betting experience better and help you avoid any misunderstandings.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available).
• Odds displayed in the betting markets may change at any time. Bets will be settled at the odds shown at the time of confirmation.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1xbdt reserves the right to void or recalculate the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg's odds will be counted as 1.00 and the remaining bet will be settled accordingly.

Live Betting — Special Rules:

• Odds change rapidly in Live Betting. If odds shift after server confirmation, 1xbdt may request your acceptance of the updated odds.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue, the amount will be returned to your balance.

1xbdt regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should review before use.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a specified number of wagers before withdrawal is permitted (typically 5x–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering conditions are not met within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Some bonuses apply only to specific games or categories. Eligible games will be specified in the bonus details.
• Each bonus may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or strategic betting is found, 1xbdt reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close the account.
• 1xbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

1xbdt believes betting is a form of entertainment. We want every member to enjoy it in a healthy and controlled way, which is why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to deactivate your account for a specified period.
• Our AI system detects unusual betting patterns and sends automatic alerts.
• If signs of betting addiction appear, our support team will provide information on professional assistance.
• Never bet with borrowed money or funds that belong to someone else. Never chase losses in an attempt to recover what you've lost.

• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties (except where required by law).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xbdt and may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches in the platform.
• Harassing other members or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
• Creating an account on behalf of or for a minor.

You may request account closure at any time through the 1xbdt support team. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before your account is closed.

1xbdt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for any of the following reasons: violation of terms, evidence of fraud, deceptive behavior, legal orders, or account inactivity (no activity for 12 consecutive months).

• If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining balance will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
• A monthly inactivity fee may be charged on accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.

1xbdt reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. In the event of changes:

• For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice.
• For minor changes, publication on the website shall be considered sufficient notice.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure.
